Bill.com, a provider of cloud-based software that simplifies, digitizes, and automates complex back-office financial operations for small and midsize businesses, today announces a new webinar titled “How to Create Change in a Firm that Works” will be offered on February 25 at 11:00 a.m. PT.

The webinar will be moderated by Jason Blumer, CPA, CEO Blumer & Associates and Thriveal, and will feature as speakers Dan Luthi, chief operating officer, Ignite Spot Accounting; Jeff Phillips, chief executive officer, Padgett Business Services; and Jina Etienne, CPA, CGMA, speaker, trainer, Etienne Consulting.

Attendees can expect to learn:

  • How to identify and communicate why change is necessary
  • What it means to change to a “modern” firm
  • How to assess needs and craft a vision when it comes to change
  • How to build a plan and manage the implementation of change

“The past year (and even the past decade) has demanded a lot of change from firms—from assessing how to work, who to hire, and the systems and technology needed to how to communicate with clients and how we think. What is often overlooked is the process of lasting change,” states Jeannie Ruesch, director of marketing at Bill.com. “And as we find our way out of the seismic shifts of the last year, firms need a strategy and a plan. For that reason, we brought together experts in the profession to share their knowledge on how to create change that sticks. Their insights and vision come from experience and will give attendees a clear direction on how to manage and implement change for their firm.”
